RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We take great pride in our product, and quality of materials. All products are made to order and thoroughly inspected before shipped. Please take the time to check dimensions and weight prior to order as we have a strict return policy. 

We want you to be completely satisfied  with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied or by some oversight your product is delivered damaged,  please email returns@entcles.com with your order number to begin the return process. 

Please note: We only accept unused products. Its ok to open the package to ensure the product is a good fit for your kit  but it not ok to take your purchase for a test ride on set. Refunds will not be processed or accepted unless after receipt and inspection items are  in perfect resellable condition with original packaging. We also reserve the right to make partial refunds based on damage or lack of resale value.
